There are coaches who use the barbell as a tool to get you all hot and bothered in an attempt for “fitness”. Not John. As an NFL athlete, time under the barbell had to MAXIMIZE effective returns. At the practical session, squat with John to understand how he uses the barbell with surgical precision to hand forge Power Athletes.

What's it like to attend?

The symposium was amazing. It is the change I want to see in the fitness industry!

Michael

I had a great experience overall. I felt part of something bigger with that many like-minded people in the same room. This felt like a leadership conference in a way which wasn’t what I expected but I really loved.

Darren

This was my first year attending and I was blown away by the quality of all the speakers. Thank you for putting so much work into bringing these inspirational people together.

Jessie

The Symposium was well worth the trip from New York City. It is great to get to hear from a wide ranging group of interesting people with varied expertise.

Amanda

One of the best ran events I have been at. Much more practical information than a typical CEU event.
